The President of the Society is the Head of the Malankara Orthodox Church, His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Paulose II, the Catholicose of the Apostolic Throne of St. Thomas and the Vice-President of the Society is His Grace Dr Yuhanan Mar Chrisostomos, Metropolitan of the Niranam Diocese of the Church. hospitals are managed by the St. Gregorios Medical Mission Managing Committee.

The hospital is located at Parumala, in the vicinity of Parumala Church, which is sanctified by the presence of the tomb of Saint Mar Gregorios Thirumeni, where people from all walks of life throng for solace.
